My AC went out during the hottest weather we had this past Summer. They got to me as soon as they could with the surge in calls. My old unit was way overdue to be replaced and there was a leak in the system, but Phillips kept us comfortable until they could come back and do the install. The price was fair, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable . I appreciated their honesty when I asked about improving airflow throughout the house, and the owner told me that my furnace is what I would need to update, but that mine has a lot of life left. He offered suggestions that could help me in the meantime. You can’t go wrong with Phillips for your heating and cooling needs.

Called Phillip's Heating and Air Conditioning when my 30 year old furnace died. They found a cracked heat exchanger which could’ve created a dangerous condition by putting carbon monoxide in the house, along with other parts that just failed. Needless to say it was a good 30 year run and I felt we got a good price on a much-needed upgrade. We also replaced the 30 year old central air at the same time so it was compatible with the furnace system. The crew arrived less than 24 hours later and had everything installed in about six hours. Very professional in the way they handled everything. Very pleased with how everything turned out and I would recommend them to anyone needing work on their heating/air-conditioning units.
